Presidential Election

On November 5th, 2024, a new President was elected. The next President will be inaugurated on January 20, 2025. Although a new President will take office, the immigration laws have not changed. But certain enforcement policies will change in all likelihood to programs such as DACA, TPS, and Advance Parole.
